On the oldschool competition here, 3 or 4 years ago (cant remember for sure), when Zanac was played, the 1st place got 17 million (it was me, btw

), while the 2nd place got 14 million (Cigsthecat), and the 3rd place if I remember correctly didn't even reach 10 million.

Hardly "100 pts difference" . I say again, Compile has better score systems than Darius Gaiden

I hope the end bonus is actually worth something to avoid this kind of shit. Thankfully Garegga got rid of nearly all of what's wrong with this game.

I don't know why we are discussing this.

It's obvious that Omega Fighter Special will be on the list, and I doubt it won't be choosen. I mean, it's *THE* hidden gem, and any other 4 games can't be better than Omega Fighter.

But well, it was like certain we would be playing Progear this week, but then we ended up with Darius Gaiden

oh well.

Lets face it Twid. The more you complain about Gun Frontier, the more likely people will vote it in. Remember Sexy Paro and RFJ? ;P

Playability = last in priority for nearly every STGT participant, see Darius Gaiden (I will never complain about Blazing Star ever again)

I actually liked VP1, though (and not just because of the awesome spread increase, thanks guys), so that wasn't a loss.

I'll be more amused when people set their AUTO rate to 1 in GF and then wonder why they keep getting killed in stage1.

I liked VP1 as well, but I don't see me returning to it for a long time (Pink Sweets incoming).

I'd like that.

The scoring system isn't wonderfully advanced however, mostly distance based with a bit of boss milking here and there.

It also has the potential to become annoying over the course of a week.
