Just study the youtube superplay, its pretty straight forward to destroy that boss. Use no more than 2 speed up for that one.

This game is more annoying than hard because of the shit cpu regulation.

but i wont be posting up a score until i get past that stupid stage3 boss

I purposely lose two lifes at the start of the 1st stage to get more points. because with this game, there are certain levels within each stage where you can never recover regardless how many spare lifes you have. I shoot just enough enemy ships with my first two lives (and pick up the 1st colour and speed up) to start back from the very beginning, then play properly with my remaining life.

hmm... i dont think theres any point doing that...
its better to work on the stages and restart points...

well for me i'm maxing all out on my first two lifes just to get the extra 5k...
after that just working on the stages due to inexperience...

but after watching jblx3 replays, i have something on mind which i wonna try out next week...

The point is you get an easier and less regulated game, and you get your extra life much earlier.
