Yeah, my apartment is loaded at the moment, and Dan from Southtown hasn't even arrived here yet with more JAMMA.

Funny thing is, I PM'd several people on here about this upcoming event, and I did not receive one reply. Not one. And the messages were read by the recipients. Some of the people who ignored the PM bumped this thread asking when the next one would be. I don't understand these kids!

Anyways, BAMAJAMMA READY:

I have hosted this in Prattville for the last few years, however, i'll probably be moving to Texas soon, so Tinz or RSG will have to take over hosting in Birmingham.

Yes, I agree that we should have another one, not like it's a far drive for me. It just can't be during July.

Let me see if maybe we can squeeze one in for next month. I'll be in San Antonio for work during most of July, so that won't work for me either.

Need to run this by the wife.

OK guys, how about next Saturday, June 5th, say around 5PM until whenever. Anyone interested?

My PCBs have been cold for too long.

That should work for me. Although later in the month would be better, but I can still make the 5th if that's what works best.

Friend is having his bachelor party out there. We might be back on the 5th that night. According to your list you got some choice PCBs.

HAH sadly the posters have to stay.

I like to think that I have a fine mix of shmups going back to the mid-eighties. I used to have a load of Cave PCBs, but constantly dealing with bugs and anal Cave collectors put me off a bit. I'm glad I jumped on the Raizing train before the prices surged.

No PCBs needed, just feel free to stop by and enjoy some gaming. I see that you are a PCE fan, so perhaps you could bring some PCE goodies, as I know some of the guys that are coming are PCE fans.

The Sega Tetris on the DC is a bit newer than the one I have. I have the ORIGINAL Sega Tetris on the System 16 hardware:

 I know the posters are going to stay. Just a bit of jealousy on my part...

These guys won't miss out on too much if you don't have a lot of Cave there...

Batsugun, DOJ, and Galuda are good enough. And having Yagawa games in the house should present quite a challenge at your meet! Someone should go for some letter scores on Garegga... 8)

Is it a shmups only affair? I could bring IIDX if anyone else would play it on PS2?

Not at all! The focus is generally on the arcade stuff, but we play just about everything.

I only have the current-generation consoles (and a JAMMA Genesis), so you would need to bring a PS2.

Another great turnout!

Congrats to Jordan (hallj05) for winning the shmup tournament with a top score in Earth Defense Force and Armed Police Batrider!

I'm glad I got my Jet Set Radio pachislo back. I must have put 300 credits on that thing trying to hit the big bonus...

Wow that was quick... anyway still surprised that I won, but thanks for hosting and all that!

Still gotta figure out what I'm going to spend the gift card on, probably a new shmup.

Also it sucks that we couldn't get the big bonus, although that thing was loud enough as it was.
