Regarding the inp; no idea, sorry. It usually works the other way round (playing back 0.99-files in 1.01)
More tragic deaths, but still a nice run javel. Really nice DM totals for each level (average on the first). The 1-up death *shakes head*. Reminds me of the first time I saw the 1-up and just charged headlong at it in a straight line.
