What are the chances of GWG coming out in the USA?

MMM, SCEA didn't improve DoDonPachi, I think someone tryed bring DoDonPachi to america, I read it somewhere on Gamespot.

I'm talking about why he didn't attempt to bring it over, and instead went with Ray. Some other company a few years later tried to bring it over near the end of the PS's life, but were denied.
