you know, I really want to give this a go. Passed up my chance to play it back when I used to have a 360. Maybe when I have some time, I'll "rent" it from Gamestop and run through the single player mode.

I liked the PC version until I got to the end of the opening lift journey and it crashed, and continued to do so no matter what I tweaked or patched. Bit of a damper.

similar thing happened to a friend. he could get as far as entering the monolith in the beginning, then when he tried to enter the bathy-sphere it froze to hell.
