Also- see "drive to survive" or "Urban Chaos". I had a shit ton of fun with UC- and it's a $5 game. Very underrated- did some neat things and kinda gave off a 'burning rangers' type vibe.

Been covered, but Panzer Dragoon Orta is a MUST.

Then Ninja Gaiden Black and Outrun 2. All are great games.

I hear the Otogi games are good, but I haven't had the chance to play them.
