It's Ageha. The base clear bonus is 100 million. And yes, the last boss is a bitch. Just broke my high score (a measly 195 million) and got the end of the 2nd bracket of the last bar. This is with a death on stage 3... why do I even keep going? I need at least one life and 250 gems to beat the last boss. The pattern is way more complex than the Galuda last boss, but you can use kakusei mode this time, which REALLY helps. Bullet's move much slower, and life bar goes down much faster.

Is there any way to resume downloads on Hameko? Firefox's download manager doesn't seem to do it, and that's all I've got at the moment.

Resuming downloads always depends on the server (at least for FTP), so I would say no.

WGet is confusing me. Also, my download timed out while I was posting that last message =o

I'll give you a great big hug if you would! Looks like my download timed out last night too :(

Why are you so unstable Hameko?!

wget --referer='http://www.hameko.net/uploader/upload.php?page=1' -c 'http://www.hameko.net/uploader/rd.php?get=hame_3612.lzh'

There's the command I used to get the replay, maybe it will work for you. Sometimes I've found that when using wget it downloads Hameko's 503.htm page instead, just keep trying 2 or 3 times and it eventually works.

Oh my god! Wget finally worked for me! I was getting 404s forever, but suddenly it started working.

Thanks, nj!

Just to add a bit ... I've been using this:

wget --tries=0 --timeout=5 --referer='http://www.hameko.net/uploader/upload.php?page=1' -c 'http://www.hameko.net/uploader/rd.php?get=hame_3612.lzh'

This forces timeouts of 5 seconds or longer to be treated as dead and to try forever (regetting).

I have my FlashGot extension for Firefox set to use this.

EspgaludaII's last boss' attack pattern is just... weird. So much going on at once with those rotating rings of bullets, bullet curtains, streams... It's a good thing you can use Guard Barrier and Kakusei on the boss, otherwise that boss would be pretty impossible ^_-

Good video. I'd like to see a Tateha or Asagi ALL, though. ^_-

Well, the guard barrier doesn't do damage, and triggers the bosses barrier, like Bomb's on Mushi's true boss.

I would too... they're both way weaker than Ageha. Very noticeable in boss fights. Asagi's got some stupid strength in kakusei mode, but in normal mode, she sucks.

Could anyone upload the EspgaludaII ALL replay to a more "reliable" server or to super-play.co.uk (or something like that) - getting big files from Hameko is just a pain in the a**... :(

super-play.co.uk doesn't have downloads at the moment (bandwidth issue). Got another server in mind?

No, sorry but I don't have any access to any type of server or ftp - I was more hoping someone else in here could offer something... :) (I know I'm a demanding man!).

#3665: Tatsujin-Ou (1st Loop Clear)
#3706: ESPGaluda II (Last Boss)
#3711: ESPGaluda Stage 1 (No Bullet)

The bad news abou the last boss, is that it's the 2nd form only, not the first. There's not near as much mystery about the first form though. Seems even this guy that clears the game w/ only a 2-miss, doesn't have a great strategy for that one shitty pattern. :(

The ESPGaluda Stage 1 no bullet video is rather pointless, but entertaining -- he finishes stage 1, with a score of 0.

EDIT: Missed one:
#3655 Mushihime-sama Original mode (high scoring video)

Heh, I was playing around with ESPGaluda's arrange mode yesterday on stage 1 and getting 0 points.
