Best retro comp this gen, pretty much for the reasons bigbadboaz stated above + superplays. The booklet and packaging are lovely too.
When setting non-interlace display option, it doesn't save to memory card after power down. However, the menu can be pulled up with the select button at any time, so not much inconvenience.
The dev was M2, handpicked and supervised by Treasure (Masato Maegawa). The credit list is long and healthy.
Manabu Namiki was one of the two people who handled the 'Sound Analysis'.
I didn't notice much sound differences between the originals myself.
