Beware the cablespam monster

It looks even worse from the back.

Does anyone know of any decent cable management you can get to go behind TVs to try and sort that kind of disaster out? I'm kind of thinking of some kind of mesh thing with cableties at this point. It's spaghetti at the moment.

I would recommend the pelican pro selector if your main input used on your TV is either composite, svideo or component video. (no RGB scart).

Only problem is its only available in the USA and requires a step down transformer. If you have one already thats part of your problem solved.

I believe it has 7 inputs which are all component HD/480p compatible and there is no loss of signal. It will also support ethernet and digital optical audio cables for your network/audio requirements. One of the really cool things about it is the selector buttons pop off. This is because there are extra buttons in the package labelled after all kinds of things from Satellite/N64/DC/PS2/Xbox etc etc.. So you can actually use buttons for systems that you actually have. Which is really cool!

I believe www.ng03.co.uk sells them but you could also get someone from here to sell you one. You can buy them in Best buy for $100.

As for the pad situation I would recommend going wireless for the Xbox/360 and GC (if you have one).

Here is a pic of the pro selector from behind -
