Since they don't seem to make JP SCART for the DC, can you just get a Euro SCART cable and re-arrange the pins?
Seems like a no-brainer, but I don't want any surprises.

when doing a dedicated XRGB cable I would just leave out the +5/12V lines completely. You don't need them anyway on the XRGB.
