Candy Cabinet Decal Questions (Atomiswave and Egret II)

I was wondering are the NOS Atomiswave and Egret II Insert coin decals actual plastic/polycarbonate like the Astro Cities or are they vinyl or some other material??

Anyone have an NOS Egret II or an NOS Atomiswave INSERT Decal they want to sell me??
