I don't have much left anymore, I have massively streamlined and downsized in recent years to something more focused.

-Sega New Astro City cab (This is all I need! ;)
-Xbox (modded with bigger HDD + History of videogames. If I ever get the urge to play anything 8/16-bit then it's there)
-Xbox 360 (Only really use it for films/tv and ST-HDR online.

I got rid of most of my consoles a few years ago. The only ones I have left are:

- Model 1 Genesis (Launch model) + Model 2 SCD
- Model 2 Saturn (US)
- Dreamcast (US, launch)
- Xbox (US, Samsung drive)
- Xbox 360 (US, Jasper)
- PS3 Super Slim (US, white 500GB)
- PSP 3000 (US)
- PS Vita (JP, Sapphire blue)

I might end up getting rid of the Genesis, if anyone's interested. The sticker on the bottom says it was manufactured in August 89.

Right now I have the following hooked up:

Xbox (softmodded)
Xbox 360
PS2 (Free MCBoot, HDD)
PS3 60GB backwards compatible launch model running CFW, Multiman.
Saturn
Dreamcast
SEGA Hikaru arcade board with Planet Harriers (needs to be consolized badly)
Wii, Gamecube compatible (Softmodded)
iPhone 4S 64GB (ios7 waiting on jailbreak)
13" Macbook Pro 2.9Ghz Dual Core i7 with 240GB SSD plus 1TB storage drive running 10.8, Boot Camp/Win 7 and VM Ware fusion.
I hope Apple/Intel don't crap all over Silverstones T004 external EGPU Thunderbolt enclosure so I can actually play some games on the damn thing. I'm not so much into high end PC gaming but the built in HD4000 does not cut it with Dolphin,

I use Retroarch Wii running at 240p for old school systems (NES, SMS, NEO-GEO, etc) and run it through a XRGB-3/Gefen Vga to DVI Scaler Plus combo. I own a Genesis Model 1 (non-TMSS) and white PC Engine but prefer Wii emulation for space and money reasons. Also getting into PC emulation with Retroarch but I haven't found a scanline filter I'm happy with yet. The Gameboy filters are amazing, makes it look like a real 'crappy' GB or GBA. I have a Gameboy Pocket that doesn't get any use, needs a light mod. And a N64 that I'll get around to RGB modding eventually. I'm developing the arcade bug and want consolized set ups for Naomi 2 and MVS but have held strong so far. One day I guess.

Food Fight is the shit on Atari 7800.

EDIT: Details, added iPhone 4S. Super Monkey Ball is great!

Especially the Genesis!

Cool that you were able to get a 1 Chip SNES. I just went with the minis. Seemed less of a treasure hunt.

Xbox 360
PC

I find that this covers all that I need. I've owned many other consoles and sold them. I built a gaming PC about six months ago, so I think the Xbox 360 will be my last console. The PC fulfills my needs going forward. :D

The best part is when I bought it in 2007, I didn't even know about the difference between various models. When I joined this forum I found out about it, and since the picture coming out of it was really good, I decided to open it up and bam.... it's a 1-Chip! Lucked out there....

I just bought a NTSC-J 360, so I guess I have to edit that post now.

Wii U - 32 GB Deluxe model, NTSC-U
XBox 360 - 250 GB S model, NTSC-J
Playstation 3 - 250 GB Super Slim model
Dreamcast - Sakura Taisen LE model, NTSC-J
Playstation 2 - Slim, NTSC-U
Playstation - Slim, NTSC-J

Consoles I have left in Canada:

DS - Fat
DS Lite
Gameboy Advance SP
Gameboy Color
Gameboy
Wii - NTSC-U
XBox 360 - 120 GB Original model, NTSC-J
Dreamcast - NTSC-U
Gamecube - NTSC-U
Playstation 2 - Fat model, NTSC-U
Saturn - NTSC-U
Playstation - NTSC-U
Genesis
Super Nintendo
Nintendo

Still looking to get a Japanese Saturn, and a PC-Engine Duo. Was also interested in getting a Neo Geo CD. Are the long load times only from the initial game load up, or do the games have long load times through out entire games? All the video reviews I've seen just indicate that it's just the initial load up, but they never go any further than that.

It depends on the system you buy, and the game in question. I have an original and also a CDZ. The CDZ is all around faster and compares favorably with Neogeo ports on the PS1 and Saturn.

As for software specific loads, a lot of the really old games have one long-ish load at the start and then pretty much no load screens at all after that. But the newer they get the more common load screens become. KoF for example has to load between every round, which is rather hellish if you don't have a quick loading CDZ. And some really late games like LAst Blade are an absolute fucking joke: prematch load screen -> Samurai-dude versus Ninja-dude -> load screen -> Beautiful stage intro -> load screen -> opening strash talk -> fucking load screen seriously!? -> fight ...so that one is almost unplayable. A lot of them have options like quick starting and no character select at continue though which allows you to bypass a lot of load screens, but especially with quick start you lose a lot of personality since there wont be any opening taunt or victory animations.

Point is if you want an NGCD go ahead and eat the cost and buy a CDZ. It's expensive but your free time is worth it in the end.

Nintendo 64 - Died whilst playing a goldeneye "slappers only" match ;_;7
Nintendo GameCube
Nintendo Wii - soft modded
Gameboy
Gameboy Advanced
DS lite
3DS
Xbox
Xbox 360
PS2 - soft modded
PSP go - soft modded
PS3

I have kind of a pseudo-dual screen set up with HD monitor stacked directly above my cute, old tv (I like to listen to YouTube vids whilst I practise)
Turns out that my tv CAN display games from outside Europe... Just in spectacular monochrome.
This leads to what I like to term as "CAVE: Battle Garegga Edition" in regard to bullet visibility seeing as they appear to be the only company without any kind of PAL port for the PS2 :?
