Thanks for that run-down. I thought I was doing something wrong. It is a bit different shmup, that's for sure. It came in a set of MD games I'd yoinked off YAJ for a cheap price, and I've given it a go a few times. I couldn't make much sense of it. But now I know! As for Rainbow Islands, I have it on the PC Engine. I would like to get the MD version just for the fact that you can play the game with Darius enemies instead of the standard ones.
