Aksys already included the MBL DLC on disc for the US version, so no.

And it takes this long (I mean, this long) for DS1 to come digitally for the US/NA, yeah, I know $15 is putting it short, since its cheap to get a retail copy these days if you know where to look. Still, at least its there now.

The limited edition is just $25 on amazon, and the standard edition is $15. if you don't have it, just buy a physical disc: you'll have actually bought the game instead of a license that will inevitably expire at some point down the road.
