Question about Ginga Fukei Densetsu Sapphire

Tried to play a backup of this on my PC Engine Duo.

No go. From what I understand, it's an Arcade CD ROM, and each system needs a Arcade Card to run it.

OK, from what I read, I need a Arcade Card DUO.

Is this accurate? I don't want to buy the wrong card.

Both arcade cards work on the Duo. On the interface combo you need the orange one though.
