One of my shmup goals for the new year was to clear as Dyne. Spurred on by some IRC conversations with chempop and Icarus, I decided to start on that path tonight. I haven't done it yet, but I'd like to think this is a damn good start.

I usually finish with a couple extends remaining, but this run I has higher rank and I managed to get to Theresa with only 2 hadous... FIRST ONE MISSED FFFFFF, had to launch the second which took down the first form (and mostly did squat while she was in-between forms).. I knew I was screwed. Twitched her second form and somehow made it through the first wave of popcorn, had to mini-bomba to stay alive.. then reached an extend! But I knew I wouldn't have another hadou, had to half-bomba again in desperation. Can not believe how flooded the screen was of bullets and her little planes... but somehow...

My 9th clear and first time reaching 9 mil.
