I'm thinking about importing a ceramic white psp. Is star soldier and sengoku Ace III any good? how much Japanese is there? Would these games be enjoyable for $60 import? Is the vert position comfortable on star soldier?

Cheapest I found a ceramic white was for $250 value pack, but I really want the Giga version for $330. It'll be a 2.0 firmware which will limit some homebrewing and that Noiz2a port. What would I do with dead pixels if I import also? I just thought the white was more eye catching than the black and less prone to fingerprints and visible scratches or should I just wait for a US release of the ceramic white? I don't think I'll be buying umd movies so the region coding doesn't matter though I'm now open to that Glay'z and H.M.P porn with region 2 Whats some thoughts? As I totally missed xbox 360 at my target. stupid lottery and not letting employees get first pick

Actually, it doesn't. I bought my 2.0 PSP just last week and it wasn't too many days until I downgraded it into 1.50. Very easy procedure. In addition to Noiz2sa I also installed a program that fools the system into thinking the firmware is 1.0, 1.5 or 2.0, so I can run even normal games on it without any problems. As long as the game doesn't require the new 2.5 firmware, that is.
Great, I heard that you can brick a psp which wouldn't be good, and if 2.0 was broke 2.5 hopefully will be too. thanks Ghegs your solidfying my purchase. Still need a little more convincing other than Luminess.

There is a fake downgrader out there that indeed bricks your PSP. Just exercise some common sense on what and where you download (and how you use it) and you'll be fine.
This would be my first import. I feel like a virgin. I read that star soldier is pretty much all in english and sengoku ace III only has Japanese in the storytelling. I'm going to be buying the Mario Kart bundle this week so I don't know if I should purchase two mobile systems so close together. But I'll probably splurg and do it. There goes about a months pay.
