Whats wrong with my Vectrex?

Whats wrong with my Vectrex?

Well today I finally decided to play my vectrex again. I connected it and it didnt show anything on the screen but the sound worked. I tilted the machine and it will show something (mine storm) but it will quickly go away. I also started moving the ac plug and it will do the same as me tilting it. WHATs WRONG WITH MY VECTREX?

I have no idea. But, back in 1982 that was the complaint agains them; they quickly died. I have one now that I test about 2 times a month waiting for the day it goes kaput. Luckily, they seem to be going for cheap again on ebay.
