Done. :)

Average, about 200%, and more. I tested the first level.
How to measure it accurately?

EDIT #1:

Intel Core 2 Duo 7200 @ 3.2 GHz (6 GB DDR2) + nVidia 9600GT 512 MB GDDR3, here...

EDIT #2:

My record, for now...

I play DFK without blitter delay. Looks good, normally. I'll have to study it, to see how the game behaves in PCB.

EDIT #3:

Maybe I should turn blitter...

EDIT #4:

I included blitter (default 50%)...

EDIT #5:

Update, my new record...

The only "bug" is with the explosion of the second boss. Nothing important, small error. Almost not even noticeable.
No other problems, as I noted...

Will be fixed in the future, I hope...

Any documented known differences between the Futari 1.5 point versions?

It was something I also noticed with some later bosses through several plays on a single MAME launch. Still not as bad as playing extra voices and explosions before the game starts, like with the rest of them now.

Yes, I just noticed that and with the third boss, I played power mode.

Any idea what happened to the cv1k page on Haze's website?

Last time I read it, it said something about the driver possibly being re-included in the MAME source tree sometime in the future. That page has since disappeared, so I take it that the CV-1000 stuff is off limits again?

It should get added back to the official in January and then we'll "see what happens".

Edited onto the most recent post on the blog:
hap has been making some improvements to the YMZ770 sound core too, this means that when the Cave CV1000 games go back in at the turn of the year a number of the sound bugs that have been present since day 1 will be fixed.

Not us Aussies: we know January hasn't hit yet when we're still sober from waiting for New Year's Eve. :D

Drivers don't have any magnitude to developers, they are just another driver. u releases have been done away with. After it's added someone can just download an up to date git copy and compile it, and also 153 could very well be released near the end of January anyway, not that there is any reason on waiting for it unless you are into bug reporting.

you mean like how it was added in a u release in the first place? It's just another driver.

there are no u releases anymore anyway, there are my 'ex' builds for UME which I put out when I think there's something added people might be interested in, and yes, I'll probably put one out once it's officially readded in the SVN.

it will be readded in January, that isn't changing, it is not yet January, so it has not yet been readded.

From a quick glance it looks like you are getting people's hopes up for nothing. The only bit in there about DFK Black is documenting its game code as CA019B.

I'd just like to add that the identifier for DFKBL has been in the source code since 2011.
EDIT: Although, a dump of DFKBL doesn't seem unlikely to come within the next year, I don't think we'll see it immediately. In any case, it'll probably be dumped by my 16th birthday...

Now things got a hell lot more close for comfort, DFK was kinda close for comfort, but F***in Medal Mahjong Moukari Bancho??? That's a line no soul should cross.
Including the driver is one thing, but who in his sane mind would hurt the company by downloading Medal Mahjong dump instead of porting the cab?
