neo geo to saturn joystick adapters
Is there anyway I can connect a neo geo joystick to a sega saturn and a pc engine. Googled but nothing came up.

I don't see why not you can, requires a little bit of research on how the controller input signals are handled.
A good place to start is looking through the controller pintouts for the neo geo, saturn, and pc engine. From there if you're up to the task, you can prototype the converter by creating the schematics provided within links or create code for a microcontroller to convert the inputted signals.
I know there's a schematic for creating your own sega saturn controller but I'm a little concern if it works.

I had thought about that but came to a dead end. The neo geo db15 and pc engine mini din plugs is pretty easy to find but do you know what the saturn joystick ports are called? They look like large hdmi cables. Tried googling this too but I must be using the wrong search tags as nothing useful came up.beatsgo wrote:I don't see why not you can, requires a little bit of research on how the controller input signals are handled.

Build your own!
Project box with male DB15 connector wired to a padhack for whichever console.

You can gut a broken sega saturn controller for the plug if you want to. Just be mindful which wire goes to which pin.
