Hey Shmups. Occasional lurker, now here with a question!
My setup is: SNES Mini with SRGB chip modded for RGB via wires and 75ohm 2% tolerance resistors on the color lines with sync also drawn directly from the chip to the Multi Out, original Nintendo AC adapter, SCART cable from retro_console_accessories, SCART > BNC converter cable from daskrabs (thanks!), hooked up to an Ikegami RGB monitor. I have double checked to make sure all solder joints are good and nothing looks to be bridged or anything.
My issue is: While the picture is overall sharp and vibrant, I notice some slight fuzzy jitter around bright colors (noticed it on white and blue so far) when they are on a black screen (most notably the copyright info at the beginning of MMX2 and the white "Nintendo" at the bootup of Nintendo games like Super Mario World). From a normal distance it might not be very noticeable, but when you look close to the screen, it seems to crawl a bit around the edges.
I have tweaked contrast, brightness, screen, drives, and gains pots and have adjusted the screen to appropriately match it to the Mini's output, so everything is clear and bright and looks as it should. However, I still see the noise.
Is this slight level of interference normal for the Mini? Would adding some capacitors to the mod wires help? It isn't a big deal, but if there is something I can do to eliminate it before I reassemble the console, I'd like to get it done!
Thanks!!!

Re: SNES Mini RGB interference?
The SCART cable could be wired for composite video on SCART pin 20 instead of composite sync. Check with a multimeter to see if pin 20 is wired to SNES multi-out pin 3 (c-sync) or pin 9 (composite video).
