Ha ha, I love this forum. One minute I'm a Microsoft fanboy, the next I'm a Nintendo fanboy - and today I'm just the opposite.

I left Xbone off because who really wants it on that? (There's an asterisk noting so at the foot of the description.)

Dariusburst on 3DS?... I wouldn't want to play it on my 3DS, to be honest. It's not a game I can see working well on the format. I suppose the Wii could handle it, although the Wii U's controller is a bit unusual for shmup gaming.

I can add the Wii's if you like?

There's no reason not to add other possible systems considering it's a petition in the interests of the players. Hell add (DRM-free) PC to the list too if you want. Just imagine a glorious PC port handled by CyberFront.

Theres another one towards your 26 votes. Wouldnt mind this one on Vita really, its pretty lame on the shmups front. Other than that a nice 360 port for my collection. Like MathU said though, it really needs XBox One and 3DS in there.

Ah well, dual-screen isn't so bad then (as long as they're two 4:3 screens?). I was thinking it was as much of a noodle as the original Darius or the triple Darius II setups. I have to get close to my monitor to play Darius I as it is. I couldn't imagine doing it well playing on a console sitting the average distance from my television.

Just went and checked it out, and no, more like two widescreens, although it's difficult to say if they're actually both 16:9. It's still not as narrow as the old three screens though.

Yeah, yeah, I love Darius, it's all I'm playing now. And if it don't knock my fave series Gradius out of #1, then it's easy a very close second and with nothing else even close) I'm just hoping the reason it's not out yet is so that the Arcade game's popularity remains a little longer as an exclusive since it's so freakin one of a kind. But that then after a little longer it'll end up with a home port one day (with loads of extra like levels, bosses, modes, etc!!!!! ). Cause not being able to play this 24 level moster of many varying difficulty levels & varied extra ship choices is driving me absolutely nuts. ... And watching YouTube videos of what I can't touch and play only makes it much, much worse. >_< ... I guess the only sure fire thing is this game in MAME in another 20 years or so... ... OK, time to whip them blues with some Darius after I'm done here.
