Here is a much better idea:
It starts the same, they're chatting about how hard the games are, and Hitler boastfully remarks that he 1cc's them all day long (and twice on Sundays!)
The twist then, is that his advisors tell him they have secretly been setting the difficulty to "Easy", so that he would do well.
He SNAPS and rages about how the games really are super difficult and why do Japanese seem so good at them?

Regarding maniac shooters...
May seem that it is difficult to play, and it is, of course, but... With one coin I can play and for half an hour and more, some of these CAVE games, and almost in every come to the last boss. Currently I rushed at the Mushi Futari BL.
Gameplay is perfect. Japanese...
On first sight, when you look at some of these games, you would say - NO WAY.
Very few old arcade games I can play 30+ min., with one coin. And you?
May seem that it is difficult to play, and it is, of course, but... With one coin I can play and for half an hour and more, some of these CAVE games, and almost in every come to the last boss. Currently I rushed at the Mushi Futari BL.

None of those comments were intended to be (afaik) offensive or racist. Yes Chuck Norris is played out, just like all the other memes from that long ago. All the comments you listed at the end of the video were basically "hard game" or "he's good at this hard game", which is practically a compliment for a bullet hell shooter. They will look hard when they're bullet hell or they're doing something wrong.
My only issue with the comments is that saying Japanese games are generally harder is not necessarily true; often it's the other way round (in my experience). A Japanese game is often made harder when ported to other regions (which may then get re-ported to Japan as "international edition", but that's tangential to the point).
BTW one of my pet peeves is people who whine that they're getting dislikes, when the like to dislike ratio is way in their favour. 178 likes to 25 dislikes is good, does that really need explaining?
