Anyone found Gradius II xh Hack (Build 2008.04.19)?

K, Seahawk posted about this once on the Gradius forums, so he may of posted about it here too? But the thing I want to know is if anyone ever found or has this? I've tried every now and then, but man, seema like I need to nail some obscure Japanese site or something, and I'm no good at that. Anyone who knows Japanese have any better luck?

Seem like it might be an official hack too? Anyone know for sure?

And this really sucks. As that video is nothing but a tease and these videos are the only thing I can find in my searches over and over again, rubbing it in "Oh, you want this, don't you? Well you can see, but not touch. Noo touchy, touchy!" In a Japanese accent too, of course. >_<
