I was playing this game since beta test.
Not a bullet hell, it's item hell as play feeling. It is necessary to carefully keep taking the item with the same attribute.

I can't find a version of the Play app and iTunes apps that isn't tagged jp in the URL. When I try to android download it says it's "Incompatible with my device" so I'm gonna say yeah, japan region only.

If I open that link with my iphone I get a blank white screen. If I use my PC I don't see a download link. If you have the actual file can you just upload it somewhere?

You need to be signed in on the Japanese iTunes store to download the file.
You get a blank screen on the iPhone because it can't find the app in the store your currently signed into.
If you sign into the Japanese iTunes store in your iPhone settings under "iTunes & App Store", the link will then work on your iPhone.
Note you need to create a Japanese iTunes first if you don't have one.

When I had created an Japanese account I had no issues but this was maybe a year ago.
