OK so here's the deal. I was doing a motherboard transplant because my RTC died. OK whatever. I took the roms out and carefully placed them in a cardboard box lid the way they were arranged and then a cat decided to tip this box lid over.
Now I have a bunch of roms and no idea how they belong on the board. Admittedly I should've taken a high res photo before hand. Can someone take a high res picture of their Gradius IV top board, and share it?

Rom on the left (27P) is the PRG rom, I have a burned EPROM there for my round / stage select hack. It is normally 837C01.

Why didn't you just replace the RTC? Any that haven't been replaced will die pretty soon.dieKatze88 wrote:OK so here's the deal. I was doing a motherboard transplant because my RTC died. OK whatever. If you have a desoldering tool like the Hakko, the procedure is pretty easy, just remove the RTC timekeeper,
install a socket, and replace with a new one. Alternatively you can replace with a FRAM, which will not run
out of battery but will not save income bookkeeping.
