¿Is there any differences about Gameplay,Extra material,etc..?Because Jap version of this games are more expensive than US version.

I can't vouch for differences, but R-Type Final JP is super cheap. As is the US version.

I seem to remember that the only major difference was the song that played during the ending credits.

I never succeeded in booting the japanese R-Type Final into 480p, while it works flawlessly on the American version.

Not sure about Raiden III but R-Type Final:
- The ending music is different with a Blue Man Group song at the end of the US version.
- I know a few of the ships require codes to unlock. In Japan, the codes were released through Famitsu I believe.
That's it everything else is the same. I doubt the slowdown on Stage 3 is gone.
