I should do some of my own work sometime, but I just let my kids draw the face and I do the carving.

Not messing around either way.
I haven't carved anything for a few years, been too tired by the time I get home
And we don't get trick or treaters anyway, the ones who show up are usually lost.
Time to pig out on all the chocolate I strategically purchased.

Mine on the right, GF's first pumpkin ever on the left. In her 20's and never once carved one, her parents are terrible people.

Halloween is my favorite holiday, but it's not celebrated here in Scandinavia. It's getting more and more popular though, so this year we decided to carve pumpkins.
gf on the left, mine on the right.
The insides surprised me? It was mostly empty??
