Does anyone know the best way to connect the RGB scart output of a 240p console to the VGA input of an older 4:3 CRT TV?
I own an Arcadeforge Sync strike - would that be a good method? Or is there a preferable alternative?

Unless your CRT can handle 15khz you need a linedoubler or scaler like the XRGB.

Thanks Fudoh, I was wondering if that might be the case. I'm not too keen on that idea as I want a 'naturally' scanlined image.

Then you need a 15khz CRT, but those usually don't have a VGA input.
But fears aside, scanlines from a SLG3000 or XRGB can look 100% like "natural" 15khz scanlines.

Ahh, I didn't know that. So what linedoubler would be the best choice for use with the slg3000?
Also would these be a better choice than an Xrgb? I hate latency so the mini would be a no go. Other than the mini, I guess the cheapest way would be the XRGB 2?
