Free Tyrian Sprites

Must've meant to post this a bunch of times on here, was just having a conversation that prompted me to post them here.. But if anyone is in need of more than programmer art - the Tyrian sprites have been touched up and royalty free for quite some time now:-

Done. If we can get this thread rolling with freeware resource links for rapid prototyping purposes that isn't just Tyrian though, even better.

Sound effect samples... or atleast links with good ones.

I heard there is some library japanese devs keep reusing, even crimzon clover used them, but I am not sure on the details. Also, how legal/ethical/moral is it to rip sound effects from a freeware/doujin shmups like BWR or Radio Zonde?

I ll list up all the free/opensource development libraries in this post later. but its only going to be C/C++ stuff.
