You filled the DOJ board with loop 2 scores?

Post by WarCheese »

Hi fellow shmuppers:

I am a big DOJ fan, and have been paying my homage at Metro-town CHQ arcade, Burnaby, Canada. Apparently, someone cleared the game and filled the score board with loop 2 scores... (Some went up to 2-5...) If you are this someone and are reading this board, please identify yourself. I'll like to have you demo your skills.

Cheers.

What were the initials?

Also, does this arcade not turn off their machines at night? All scores are lost when you turn off/on again. And I doubt someone sat there all day earning second loop scores to fill out the high score table in a single day.

Thats how the strikers+ game is at the game room in at my college. All 2 loop scores by one guy, JGX.
Feedback will set you free.

There's probably a horde of hardcore shmuppers rampaging around America, 1CC shooters and laughing at us on their own exclusive board

EDIT: And no, it's not click-stick

Maybe Mode7 is still playing the game secretly?

The subject of this thread so sounds like something you'd read in the local paper under 'missed connections'.

Not me, I can only make my way to the 1-3 Boss at most.

Hahaha:

Yeah. The original message sounded wrong, I guess. I can only get to 1-3 boss as well. Though through-out the summer, I was improving steadily from just dying in 1-3 to making to the boss regularly.

maybe its a secret admirer who saw you playing DOJ and figured the only way to get you to notice her was to perfect the game and fill the score board with her initials. she wakes up early every morning and arrives when the machines turn on and dodges bullets and destroys the way you dodge her feelings and shatter her heart. "so cruel" she says as tears drop onto the joystick. how cruel indeed.

Hahaha:

For a second, I read, "tear..." "joystick", and got nervous. I thought to myself, "Oh no... Someone just killed the only DOJ arcade in Vancouver, now where do I go and play?"

Felt better now that I actually read what the sentence says.

Cheers.

So romantic. And so sad. ;_; *sniff* ;O; *sniff*

And you almost described my perfect lady.
Long legs. Slender body. Long, dark, waist-length hair. Intelligent. Kind. Loving. Somewhat geeky. A bit of an artist. Killer score at Garegga ^_-
