Strange SAMMY TOSH JAPANESE CANDY CAB ....

I found this a while back, but finally had it fixed. Wondering if anyone else has seen one before? Or even heard of it?
It has a Nanao monitor in it.

Even though this particular one doesnt have sideart, the original sideart is inside the cab. Ill re-apply it later this month.
