What you need to realize that is that generally speaking you are probably no worse than someone else. Why have an inferiority complex? Have you looked at the people around you lately? Plus having sex isn't some measurement for success. It's a bodily function. Although stereotypes would have you believe otherwise, just because you stared at a video game for a long time does not mean that you are incapable of effective communication.
