What exactly are these BNC PC cards

Recently a friend of mine got a hold of these component and was asking me whether I wanted them. I took them but now that I look at them it seems like they are part of a whole and not complete set. Can somebody please tell me what these are and what are for? Any brand name in particular?

Those are most probably add-ons for multi-composite capture cards - used for surveillance....

That's exactly what they are. I've got a bunch of these in a DVR at work.

they make good BNC breakouts. I wouldn't throw them away.

i would at least throw them up on the trading forum. somebody might be able to use them on a project. could be useful in a supergun project or something similar.
