No, but you can install BL on a flash drive and I think that should fix it.

Its still there on xbox.com (or on the dashboard from bing search), so yes, you can still DL it under "Black Lavel" if you search it, lol.

I found the only way to stop it was to disconnect from XBox Live while playing (this cleared things up and allowed the game to run normally for me).

Yep. So long as I stay offline while playing, the game functions normally.

Yeah, can anybody shed more light on this? It seems like the online connection may be what's messin' it up.

Yes, my guess would be "the game is checking if your internet is still on, and it's just sitting waiting for a response".

The stuttering happens in every game mode for me if I'm connected to Live (ranked, non-ranked, practice, white label, black label, arrange). As soon as I unplug my ethernet cable from the console, every mode goes back to functioning as it should (except that ranked will give you a warning message saying that it can't find the connection to Live so scores won't be uploaded).

I also never once had the game freeze on me before installing the Black Label DLC. Once that DLC was installed, the game started freezing in every game mode.

Yep, same here. The DLC is the culprit.
