Transition effects... a stupid question by circuitface.

You know those transition effects that some people have on thier web pages and profiles? Well - i was wondering if someone could point me to one i could download for windows that would just do that all the time - even when i'm just cycling through my stuff on my pc. I really like that fade-in effect... and i kinda the one that makes the page transition mosaic...

I guess you can only do it if you make your site with Flash, which is quite complex. And, from a usability standpoint, Flash-based sites pretty much suck.

Nah... i have it on my profile at VF now... i'm pretty sure that site isn't totally built off flash.
