Nowadays i just use my xbox 1 for some xbox games, and in 480p, as the majority of the tiles are able to output in 480, and then the emulators i still use are: MSX, spectrum, and Commodore Amiga, just because all the other consoles i get much more better results in other systems like the wii, and PC with arcade vga. For the MSX, Spectrum and Commodore Amiga, all have the option for pixel perfect in the emulator, MSX gets all the image on screen, and spectrum too, just the Amiga have to be adjusted a little bit, and some stays off screen, cutted. I output in 480p to the extron emotia, and then to the CRT and i get an good 240p image with scanlines. Extron Emotia are getting more dificult to get, but you can try to look for an UVC, or an MIMO Genius box II. But prices are a little high.
