When you had a chance to pick up a game for a good price years ago, but weren't interested. Years later, you get interested but now the games are impossible to find.

Happened to me most recently with Bandit Kings of Ancient China, Dark Legend, and Suikoden (the astute will notice those three all have something in common, besides my bad luck).

Saw multiple copies of Persona 2: Eternal Punishment brand new for ten bucks at a Nobody Beats the Wiz store closing years ago. Didn't get it. Later used the ten dollars I'd saved to acquire the needed materials for my self-kicking machine.

Heh I did the same. Never been a huge Persona fan. Didn't have money to chase after random RPGs I don't care about.

I do wish I'd bought Alien Soldier some years back. Maybe some other games too.
Things only start looking crazy when you think about game prices in the 2000s and earlier. Really hard to acquire stuff back then though. Some things were inflated beyond belief.

If its a picture/vid of a UFO, its obviously a plane, flares, a weather balloon, swamp gas (thats an annoying thing in it of itself. You have to be by a SWAMP for there to be swamp gas!), or something else. If holes are poked through all of these theories, its a clever photoshop.

If its a picture/vid of bigfoot, its a guy in a costume. If a hole is poked in this theory, its a clever photoshop.

If its a picture/vid of a ghost/demon its clearly dust, just your imagination, an optical illusion, a camera trick, or something else. If holes are poked in any of these, its photoshopped.

If you believe any of these things are real then you're obviously an idiot.

These have been popping up like crazy in my neighborhood as of late. They've cleverly placed them so that you can straddle all of it if you drive straight down the middle of the street, which is what everyone is doing now. Of course they're doing it at the same speed that they drove before, so now it's just a series of near head-on collisions every day.

One set was built too tall so it's slowly being whittled down through contact with the underside of everyone's car.

Thats something different altogether. I was talking about the nihilistic "I'm the best because because I don't believe in religion or paranormal or anything" type. Also, I'm not sure if everyone picked this up, but I was trying to imply that no matter what, they'll say it isn't real; even if it's examined by a photo expert. But yeah, religion is... I could go on for days.

I hate it when people use the word "harlot" or "sin" in everyday life.

I also hate it when they credit God or Jesus for something they, or somebody else has done. "THANK YOU JESUS!" "Oh sure, don't thank me, the doctor who just operated on you and saved your life."

Hell, that's before you even get into bullshit like how the Bible contradicts itself, how most people have never read the entire thing cover-to-cover and usually only know bits and pieces (the book of Judges opens up with a very good demonstration of why the bible is bad morality--God actually punishes his people for getting along peacefully with outsiders).

Oh, and the big one... that there were other books that were considered part of the Bible at one time (you can usually find these in compilations such as "the Lost Books of the Bible") but which aren't considered official because some committee a long time ago said so.

That reminds me, someone apparently keeps dumping animals on me. Seems like every time I go outside, there's a new cat I've never seen before. Today, it was a little white kitten (none of the cats I already have are white, so it has to be a dump).

Also, rewatching King of Fighters: Another Day and saddened by the thought that nobody has yet attempted to make a true KOF anime. A TV series based on KOF '94 and done in a style similar to Another Day would be my dream series.

Anyway, that reminds me of my moms dog that was rescued from a puppy mill. Her name is Cozette. (no idea how to spell it) She was one of the dogs that was forced to conceive and give birth to puppies over and over again. She was first rescued by somebody else, but whoever it was was neglectful and didn't take good care of her. Her fur ended up growing so long that it cut off the circulation to one of her front legs (I forget which one) and they had to amputate it. My mom and her [s]boyfriend[/s] friend that she lives with rescued her some time after that I think. (I don't know the full story, I only visited my mom for a couple weeks and that was two months ago) She gets around fairly good, and she has this adorable little hop, too. I was told that she doesn't take a liking to people too easily, but I wouldn't know about that since she became attached to me pretty easily.

So yeah... puppy mills get to me, too.


Speaking of endless conception, that show X kids and counting. (where X is probably a number greater than 20 by now) Nobody should have that many children, but at the same time, I hate how I can't really say they shouldn't exist because that would be horrible. Given a few generations, that family will take up half the town they live in.

Its like a mix between berserk, gantz and break blade. whats irritating is the sudden jumps in the plot, but other wise its good. reading the manga btw.

Watching Kyojin (and other shows) with some friends like every other week and it's good...but, not super good. The pacing is really too slow, it doesn't explain itself properly at times, loves shoving in flashbacks and, as I'm a fan of more "happy" shows, is a bit of a hard pill to swallow comfortably.

And the next Naruto? That's not praise to my ears
