Maybe your sync level setting on the Mini is just wrong. Did you try to raise it ?

Nope, But I shall try it!
I maxed it out and at 30 it cuts completely off, at 24 it went nuts doing the same thing described before but much more frequently, should I use a sync strike to clean it?

most systems should work with sync levels between 9 and 15. Very weird that yours don't. Are you using a scart switch ?

Scart switches can change the signal impendance causing such incompatibilities. A sync stripper COULD help, but there's absolutely no guarantee. Which scart switch(es) do you use ?

I bought that one and returned it the next day. It is very bad. You could try to replace it with the Bandridge Premium 5x Switch (20€ incl shipping on eBay).

before jumping to any conclusions - did you confirm that it's the switch ? Did you try connecting your troublesome sources directly to the Mini ? Problems gone ?

it does happen without it except now it cuts of completely without the switch. I do mario sunshine for GC and it cuts of at the same exact point in the intro screen every time.

Think it might be a bad scart adapter?

After some testing if I turn up sync level it returns on the others, I am currently testing another cable I have and so far it seems to be looking good.

I know it has been a while but I have found the solution incase anyone ever wants to know, I acquired a syncstrike that is powered by the input energy that goes to the framemeister inside the cable and now teh picture is neither wobbly, it was shifting like waves before, nor does this problem occure, the sync signal is the issue as it goes through multiple or just one scart switch.
