Isn´t it run by the (ex)member Fire-bug?
Looks like some of the people who ordered a supergun from him never received one...

Jeez, why post that? A thread from 2010 that trails off without a substantial conclusion. Very bad press for the venue.
Even if the guy had definitely mugged people off a few years ago does that mean his new venture should be shat on?
I don't think so.

umm yes, if it was cleared up he should be able to air it all out, guy is obviously still deep into the scene.

if he ripped those guys off and now hes pretending like it never happened everyone needs to know about it.

I would never set foot in a gamecenter run by someone i knew was a scammer thats for sure.

If I went there I'd get thrown out on behalf of my fellow in arms Arasoi, who got ripped off by Fire-Bug.

Human excrement-hoarding beetle more like it.

You can't just walk away from hundreds of dollars in commitments, having been paid in advance and not delivering anything.

I still never got the exact pinout - I'm sure it was standard but obviously it would save tons of work - that Fire-Bug used for my own supergun (I got lucky enough to get one before he decided to skip off).

If its a success and he owes money then he should pay up to clear the debt and his name but a scammer probably wont do that.......

Dude...did you even *read* that thread? So, if I steal your money, disappear, wait a few years, and open my own business with what is now *my* money (simply because I say it is), you're okay with that?

Send me your money. I'm happy to help you out. Or, you know, you could connect the freaking dots. I know it's hard, but sometimes you actually have to use logic.

Alright. Maybe this was no place for me to wade in (with a post that makes no sense to me now I read it in the light of day =/ ), but I did so to defend the venue itself, which I'm rather fond of, which isn't exclusively run by firebug.

So can someone actually say how that issue turned out? The thread is inconclusive. If someone knows for a fact that the superguns or money never materialised then fair enough.

I know for a fact that Arasoi is out somewhere north of $200 to this day.

500, actually. Cool arcade, but he's still a dishonest scammer in my book.

We've all done that, so don't sweat it. I understand what you wanted to say, but I'm glad that you can see that the way you said it is basically ridiculous. I'm not even one of his victims, and he pisses me off.

All people like this piss me off (not you, Blinge, the firebug guy). Even at this point, fulfilling his orders would help out. It wouldn't be forgivable after all this time, mind you, but it'd go a long way toward helping his cause. As-is, he's a lying thief and douchebag, and it would be *really hard* for me not to spit on the floor of his arcade, or something like that.
