So...what's this worth?

Had something interesting happen to me over the last couple days. I was quite a ways from my house and stopped by a semi-local place that has some games in it. I was interested in where the vendor/operator of the machines was (I knew who *used* to be the op there) and was told "Yeah, he moved somewhere...the machines are ours now." They obviously were (they had the keys for all the machines, which only the owner would have), but they had *no idea* about taking care of them. There were four different machines, and I cleaned out 3-4 clogged coin mechs for them out of the 8 possible. They just don't know what they're doing, but they were grateful for my help.

Anyway, the reason I'm writing: the nicest machine they have there is, in fact, a pretty darned nice "Raiden Fighters 2: Operation Hell Dive" in a very nice Dynamo cabinet. It's actually pretty nice-looking from a cosmetic standpoint, and it's quite possible that they'd be willing to sell it to me, which would leave them with three machines.

Any idea what it'd be worth? I wouldn't want to offer much, but if it was cheap enough, I'd go for it, I think. Ideas? Thoughts? Wild-eyed crazy statements? Whatcha think?

Start with an offer $250 and if you have to haggle a bit and end up at $300, I'd say that's pretty fair for both parties.

I guess that's fair, but considering that I don't traverse the Trading forum, I've never seen it before, so I didn't know to look for it. Note where I've posted...this would be my first shmup arcade cabinet purchase were I to do it. I just don't have much experience with it is all.
