hello,

i have a marty console and i want to use on our german power grid (220V).
i have the following converter which i already do use to play the pc engine:

would it also work with a marty console?

If it doesn't start smoking when you power on: yes.
But in all seriousness if it works for some other 100V appliance, you should be fine.

it works with my pc engine duo-r.
dont know if the marty console has the same specifics voltagevise.

Any electronics made for Japan is made for 100V, so yes, it should work just fine.
