Hi,
Yesterday I got a consolized PGM system, second hand, that had been built by Neotropolis.
I've got an LG LCD TV (that my CMVS and other systems all work fine on).
When I connect the PGM to the TV with composite cables, I get a very wobbly image. When I connect it with the S-video (or S-video and composite) I get a very wobbly image where everything is coloured bright green.
When I connect it to my CRT TV via composite (which has no S-video), I get a stable image but only in black and white (this TV can handle NTSC and PAL, and runs all sorts of hardware inc AES and PC Engine in full colour)
Can anyone help? I have tried wiggling the plugs and blowing on the cartridges, but no luck.

I don't know how exactly it would install in your setup (you will probably have to open the unit up and do soldering) but the JROK sync cleaner fixed my PGM problems (including color and sync) and did the same for wnka.

Thanks for the info.
Where would I get that device, and do you know where on the board I would solder it to?

In hardware. It comes with instructions. You have to have it going into your video ground, +5V and sync in and out. They can all just solder wire to wire except on the +5V you would just wire it right into the power supply. Well, into a normal arcade power supply. I don't really know what your unit has in it and don't have any experience with it.
