SCART Switch Box - no video?

I got this off ebay, and it only produces sound no video. My VP50 is picking up a signal but there's nothing there. Doesn't work on my SCART to component box either. I assumed it is wired for Euro SCART. Inputs are Genesis, N64 SCART cables that work fine otherwise. Is it not RGB compatible? Any thoughts?

Never mind, seems it only transmits composite video. Stupid.
