In a move that's sure to piss off iOS developers like Cave, it looks like Apple is finally adopting a standardized Bluetooth controller in iOS 7.
Right away, my first thought was, "awesome, now maybe I can enjoy my Cave iOS ports the way they are meant to be played" but then I remembered the whole control scheme was revised for touch and it would mean they would have to go back to the drawing board to implement controller support.
Fans will almost certainly pester Cave to put in the development time (which is money) to offer the support however it's probable that 90% of the hardcore market has already put their money into the games.
What do you think? Do you think Cave will update their iOS games for controller support? Would you even want that or is it just another financial red-herring for a struggling company?
