Where to get things soldered in West Midlands/Wordsley?

Since I don't have access to soldering utilities at the moment I thought I'd ask what places in the West Midlands/Wordsley in the UK are good for soldering or modding video game hardware at request. For example the GBS-8200 modded for SCART I've mentioned previously. I also ask what price these places give.

You could try a local tv repair shop? They are the only places I can think of that would use soldering irons day to day and might be willing to help.
