Pardon the necro-bump, but in case anyone's been considering buying this they might want to do so soon, as it'll be off shelves before long since Capcom's deal with Tatsunoko is ending.

One of the best fighting games of this gen, everyone with a Wii should buy this game.

I have to admit that I am tempted if it's being pulled, but at the same time I think most copies in circulation are used at this point, so it's less of an immediate concern. The harder thing for me to decide about when it comes to purchasing this is whether or not it's worth buying at the moment as I have Cross Generation of Heroes.

There were a lot of improvements to UAS. The largest one is obviously WiFi battles, and there's also the aforementioned Ultimate All-Shooters minigame. And I believe 4 additional characters.

However they dropped all the character-specific minigames ("Original Games"), and 1 character (Hakushon Daimaō). I guess because the series he was from was actually licensed and dubbed in English for North America?

It's also got queer english lyrics for the theme song.

Even if Capcom isn't releasing anymore I'm sure you can find one on the second hand market. The community wasn't very large for this game either.

Something pretty awesome about playing as Roll*). I didn't even know Rock/Mega Man had a sister! Pretty cool that Capcom didn't "localise" voices and names, too.
Makes no sense that 'Cube and Wii controllers can't be used at the same time, but it's a rather "academic" shame for me. Shame that the placeholder Soki represents Onimusha here. Would rather play as Kaede.
Slow-paced for such an over-the-top "2D" fighter, and not as good looking as it could, but for good enough reasons if you ask me.

*) I do not know, nor do I care what she would be like in Marvel.
