You guys make me feel bad for spending just 25 hours on Ikaruga. Of course I've probably spent like 80+ on Mars Matrix.

i keep going back to mars matrix so im sure i have over 500+ hours on it. but the past 2 weeks ive been giving mushi around 2 hours a night. i have to make sure i get out the house often so most of my playing is during the middle of the night. sleep has last priority.

Not sure, I've never really kept track of these things. I'd say I probably put 15-20 hours into Radiant Silvergun when it was in the local arcade (this was the gimped two-button version you get on a US ST-V board.) Raiden Fighters has probably also gotten a significant amount of playtime from me over the years, and will continue to do so now that I have it in my arcade cab at home.

Outside of shmups, back when I used to play Asheron's Call I probably logged close to 800 hours over the course of two years in that. I probably put 150-200 hours into World of Warcraft as well, and will probably be resubscribing to that as well before too long.

I remember logging 2 months or so of time into Dark Age of Camelot.

I think i remember my friend having close to a year in EQ.

Ugh ... MMOs are evil.

When I got my Zanac Neo pack almost 5 years ago, I spent 3 hours on Zanac 1 before I beat it. Tough little old school punk of a shooter.

Bought my GunSmoke board in '86.
Once a week á 30 minutes for 19 years comes to about 500 hours.
Plus the time I spent on it in the arcades in '85, gets well over 800h.
Cool, never thought about it before... :D

I've probably spent <20 hours with each of almost all the games in my shmup collection - <10 if I happen to dislike the game in question (Psyvariar 2, I'm looking at you). The most prominent exception is Parsec47, which is my "default" game when I'm bored. I haven't been keeping track, but I'd guess I've clocked between 100 and 200 hours since I first downloaded it (when it was first released). Second is Perfect Cherry Blossom, with something between 20 and 30 hours on the clock.

At the very least, 200 hours of my time has been used playing DoDonPachi. Its that damn good. I wrote a stupid background mission info for each stage too.

Shut up.
