Or, you can email them and let them know your circumstances. They will email you back restating their policy but they will let you do it.

This whole mess is their fault too. For whatever reason, they couldn't tell me the cost of shipping until after I had placed my order.
I just took the chance and assumed it would be something reasonable. It wasn't.
They can put me on their black list if they wish, it's not like I'm ordering from them again anytime soon.
